Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, chop enoki mushrooms, 1/4 onions, and 1 cheongyang pepper
STEP 2/4
Beat in 2 eggs, add 4T of minced ingredients and a little bit of salt and mix well
STEP 3/4
Grease and place jeon in a size that is good to eat when it's heated
STEP 4/4
Turn the bottom upside down when it's cooked
It's good when it's cooked until it's golden brown^^ Add as many enoki mushrooms as you can

    I didn't even think about it!!I like the mushroom gel, but I really made it deliciously. I'm baking it in a 4-hole frying pan to make it look pretty..As expected, this kind of jeon tastes best when you cook it regardless of its shape!!
