Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Remove fins, tails, and heads with scissors, cut pumpkins thickly half-moon, peppers thickly, onions thickly sliced, and crown daisy in half to make them easy to eat.
STEP 2/4
Put red pepper paste, red pepper powder, minced garlic, and salt in a bowl and add about 50ml of water to mix the sauce.
STEP 3/4
Put 4 cups of water in a pot first, and when the water boils, put the sauce and the bridge of the nose in it, boil it for about 5 minutes, and then add the pumpkin and boil it.
(Remove the bubbles and boil it.)
STEP 4/4
When the pumpkin is about 80% cooked, add the rest of the vegetables (onions, peppers) and boil them, and when the onions become a little transparent, turn off the heat and add crown daisy and cook them in the heat of summer.
If you boil the pumpkin for too long, the pumpkin will soften, so be careful
