[Ingredients: 1 serving]
[Basic ingredients]
1 serving of noodles, medium or Chinese noodles
7 to 8 pieces of moist and soft boiled pork
60g of carrots
A little bit of green onion and white Taiwan
300g of commercial beef bone soup for 1 person
[Ingredients for the sauce]
1 tablespoon of red pepper powder
half a tablespoon of minced garlic
half a tablespoon of cooking wine
1 teaspoon of salted shrimp soup
a teaspoon of thick soy sauce
half a tablespoon of pepper
STEP 2/6
Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder. Red pepper powder is as spicy as possible if it is used as a thin red pepper powder.
Add half a tablespoon of minced garlic.
Half a tablespoon of cooking wine is added to add a rich taste, but in fact, if there is no cooking wine, it can be omitted.
I will add 1 teaspoon of thick soy sauce to add more flavor.
STEP 3/6
Add 1 teaspoon of salted shrimp soup.
It's not included in the picture, but I'll add half a tablespoon of pepper powder. Then mix well and make the chopped sauce (red pepper paste).
STEP 4/6
Slice 60g of carrot and prepare it in advance.
STEP 5/6
Boil the noodles in advance, put the well-boiled noodles in a bowl, put the boiled meat, shredded carrots, and sauce, and pour 300g of hot commercial bone soup.

Lastly, cut the white part of the green onion and put it on top!
