This is Indonesian tofu dish, Tahutek. Tahutek is a food that is eaten by mixing fried tofu with various vegetables and peanut sauce. We replaced the parts that require local sources with something else.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut tofu into dice.
STEP 2/9
Season the cut tofu with salt.
STEP 3/9
Drain the salted tofu on a kitchen towel.
STEP 4/9
Remove the skin of the cucumber and cut it diagonally.
STEP 5/9
Blanch the host to remove the water.
STEP 6/9
Add garlic, cheongyang pepper, peanuts, sugar, oyster sauce, peanut butter, and water to make the sauce.

Boil the eggs and cut them into quarters.
STEP 8/9
Fry tofu in cooking oil.
STEP 9/9
Mix the prepared vegetables and fried tofu with peanut sauce.
* You can add more oyster sauce. * It tastes better if you use ketchup manis.
