The seasoning of the rice changes over time, so it's ripened it. I sliced garlic raw and it was delicious just for staying at home without perilla leaves. The recipe said doenjang, but I like wasabi more, but it's a little disappointing for sushi because there's only powder in the house.. Thank you for the idea recipe ^-^
