You can also add enoki mushrooms as oyster mushrooms or saesongi mushrooms.

Prepare water parsley and bean sprouts for the cool soup.

Let's make an important cod soup sauce.
If you don't have tuna fish sauce, you can add more soy sauce.
I like the sauce with a lot of minced garlic, so a lot of garlic!!
If you add wasabi, it's good to feel the spicy taste and catch fish.
If you need more seasoning, please use salted shrimp!!!

Put the radish back in the broth and bring to a boil until cooked.

There are clams and sea squirts in the cod soup I bought.
I bought the one that came with it, but if you add a handful of clams or sea squirts, the soup tastes great!!
