Mini 3rd floor cheese cube..One-bite snack or salad for one meal
I made a mini cube with Namyang Dairy's 3rd floor cheese. It's the size of a mouthful (9 pieces), so it's good for kids' snacks, and you dip it in handmade fruit jam. A smaller size (12 pieces) Mini cube can be baked in an air fryer to make it healthier for a salad. It is a mini three-story cheese cube that varies depending on the person eating it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Prepare the recipe ingredients.
STEP 2/10
Blanch the bacon in boiling water for 15 seconds...Bake in a heated frying pan until golden brown in front and back. Remove any excess oil on a kitchen towel.
STEP 3/10
Put one bread on the cutting board, put one cheese on it, cut one bacon in half, and match the length of the cheese.Place one more slice of cheese on top of it and cover with one slice of bread.

Cut 4 corners to fit cheese size and cut into 9 pieces in total. (Snack bite size)

If you look at the side of the bite size, you can see bacon in the three-story cheese, as shown in the picture.

Pour 3 cups of grape seed oil into a frying pan and set the temperature to 170 degrees. Cube is made of flour, eggs, and bread crumbs
Put it right in the frying oil.
STEP 7/10
It is recommended that the top of the cube comes up to the side of the bread instead of the side. When one side is lightly browned, turn over and fry. Place in strainer net.
STEP 8/10
The first fried cube is fried until golden at 180 degrees Celsius just before eating, shaking off the oil and putting it on a plate. Dip it in homemade fruit jam and eat it.
STEP 9/10
[For salad] After making 16 pieces of bread and doing a step 6 process..Put a little olive oil brush on the inner pot of the air fryer and put a mini cube on it. Bake it for 5 minutes at 170 degrees, and then take it out... Apply olive oil evenly to the cube with a brush and bake it for two to three minutes at 180 degrees.
STEP 10/10
[For Salad] Place the salad vegetable mix in a bowl and place the mini cube on top. Sprinkle with raspberries, blueberries and nuts chips and sprinkle with yogurt & balsamic dressing just before eating.
If the bread itself is bulky, it is good to put something heavy on it for 5 minutes before Step 4 to reduce the volume. You can make soup and put salad cubes on top of it instead of croutons. I recommend blueberry jam and raspberry jam for homemade fruit jam. Salad dressing is made by mixing olive & balsamic dressing + floating yogurt. It's okay to divide the amount you want to make and freeze it in the freezer, defrost it, and bake it again in the air fryer or oven.
