Prepare the conical cabbage. (Regular cabbage is fine too)

Remove each leaf, soak it in vinegar water for 10 minutes, and wash it thoroughly in running water.

If you have probiotic powder, prepare 10g. (I prepared MPRO.) Half a banana instead of roasted sweet potatoes is fine. Add 10 to 12 nuts according to your preference, such as cashew nuts, almonds, and pumpkin seeds. Prepare 200-250ml of milk with low fat.

If the probiotic product is powder, add 250ml of milk and if it's a drink type, add only 200ml of milk.
