*Short pasta is convenient to cook in a rice cooker. Instead of macaroni, you can use other short pasta such as penne

Put macaroni in a rice cooker and add 1/2t of salt (or 1T of anchovy sauce) 200ml of water, 1T of olive oil and steam it for 15 minutes
*If you use 200ml of water, there's no water to throw away, but macaroni
*If you use anchovy sauce, it tastes better

While the macaroni is cooked, prepare 4T of minced garlic (2T of minced garlic, 2T of minced garlic if you have it) and 1t of pepperoncino (dry pepper crumbs if you order pizza), prepare 1/4t of red pepper powder

The macaroni is done without any water left, so I'll put it on a plate
STEP 5/8
Add 2T olive oil, minced garlic (or minced garlic + sliced garlic) and pepperoncino (or red pepper powder) without washing the rice cooker with the macaroni removed
STEP 6/8
If you reheat it for 9 minutes, the olive oil will heat up and the garlic will cook
STEP 7/8
Add macaroni and sprinkle with parsley and mix together
STEP 8/8
If you put the finished aglio e olio in a bowl, you're done!
