STEP 1/13
Please prepare the ingredients.
When I stir-fry garlic with butter, I didn't use it as a whole, but broke it a little with a knife to make it smell like garlic.
STEP 2/13
Before starting Step 2, preheat the oven to 370 degrees Fahrenheit.
Heat olive oil 5 TBSP in a frying pan.
If you want to check how well it's heated, you can fry the water slightly.
(Fry just a little and check.)
STEP 3/13
If it's heated well, it'll make a loud noise when you put in the steak in. Bake one side for 40 to 50 seconds.
STEP 4/13
Bake one side, turn it over, and bake for about 40 seconds.
Then the color comes out like the picture.
My frying pan is a quick-burner, so you just need to grill it on both sides like a picture to fit your personal frying pan.
STEP 5/13
When both sides are done, add the butter right away.
STEP 6/13
As soon as you put in the butter, you throw in the garlic.
STEP 7/13
I transfer garlic to a fryer that can be put in the oven before it burns any more.
(You don't have to put the foil on or not)
STEP 8/13
There is still melted butter on the pan where the meat was being grilled, so put the vegetables in the butter and mix the butter with the vegetables.
My frying pan was still hot, so the vegetables were fried without having to turn the heat back on again.
STEP 9/13
Transfer the butter-mixed vegetables to the oven pan.
STEP 10/13
Place on top of preheated oven.
You have to do it for 10 to 15 minutes to make the meat medium and it's soft.
STEP 11/13
The outside of the baked strip steak feels a bit burnt...
STEP 12/13
My stomach should be red... What's going on here
STEP 13/13
It's well done, but I'm so hungry that I'm eating... Vegetables are very delicious :)
If you grill it in the oven for too long, the meat will get too grilled and tough.
You have to cook it for up to 15 more minutes.
You can't bake more than that...
It's always been well made, but I failed today .
