STEP 1/14
I need 100g of flour (3/4 cup mug)
I just used whole wheat flour and that was good, too
It's good if you put it in with an upset stomach
STEP 2/14
Add 55g of butter (5T), 1/4T of salt (1g), and 30g of water (3T) and mix to form a dough.
Cold butter and cold water make the texture of the pie alive
STEP 3/14
Squeeze it and make it round
*It's good to gather and keep it moist. If it's dry, add 1/2T of water and lump together
STEP 4/14
Place in plastic bag or airtight container and rest in refrigerator for 15 minutes
STEP 5/14
In the meantime, make apple peeling apples. Maybe because it was sour when I used green apples, it was really good. Cut it into 5mm thick pieces
STEP 6/14
Add 1/2T of lemon juice, 1/2t of cinnamon powder, 30g (3T) of sugar, mix and place in a rice cooker
Please cook it for 20 minutes
*You can put it in the rice cooker and mix it right away
*You can skip the cinnamon powder, but the one with it tastes better
STEP 7/14
While apple peeling is complete, take the dough out of the refrigerator, remove 3/5 for the pie floor, spread aluminum or paper foil on the bottom and spread it wide and round to 3mm thick
STEP 8/14
Spread the remaining 2/5 cover dough round to 3mm thick. Using a bread knife, draw 1cm thick and 8 lines of dough
STEP 9/14
Roll up the end of the bottom part inwards. Dip it in with a fork to evenly pour it in
STEP 10/14
Spread all the finished apple peeling evenly on the bottom of the pie. Turn off the rice cooker and put water in the rice cooker to make it easier to wash
STEP 11/14
Cover the cut cover up and down. Roll the edges of the piezoelectric paper inwards
It's good to make it 15cm in diameter so that it can go flat on the bottom of the rice cooker
STEP 12/14
The pie is in a fragile state, so cut the paper foil/aluminum foil that was placed on the pie for ease of transfer by making a handle
* As soon as the filling is done, you can wash the rice cooker and make the pie in the rice cooker
STEP 13/14
Remove all the water in a clean rice cooker
Remove to bottom of rice cooker with cut handle and bake fermented bread for 40+40 minutes
STEP 14/14
It's done. Enjoy your meal :)
The thinner the bottom pie, the more crispy it is. Think of it as 2mm thick and spread it out
