STEP 1/14
Now! The first thing to do is to make garlic oil. Cut the whole garlic into pieces and put it in a heated olivine bowl to make garlic oil. And strain it through a sieve and leave only oil. You have to do it on medium heat. Do it on high heat only, and when garlic goes in, over medium heat.. Otherwise, the garlic will burn in an instant.
STEP 2/14
I bought Ciabatta, not baguette. It's a ciabatta with black olives. To make the inside soft and the outside crispy.
STEP 3/14
I'm making garlic oil like it's being fried. Turn off the light as soon as it turns brown.
STEP 4/14
Prepare hard-boiled tomatoes as garlic oil cools. It is recommended to use hard-boiled tomatoes for pan-contamination. That's how you can get the tomato juice right. After blanching this hard-boiled tomato slightly in salt water, remove only the flesh and grind it in a blender and spread it on the bread. But it feels more fresh when you put it on.
STEP 5/14
Cut the ciabatta and coat it with olive oil.
STEP 6/14
Let's make gambas. Garlic oil is also done. I put sliced garlic, garlic oil, pepper, salt, and herb powder in the pan. And for the spicy taste, peperoncino is a must. If you don't have pepper, you can use dried or rat-dung peppers.
STEP 7/14
Add the raw shrimp and boil the oil over medium heat. Turn the shrimp upside down. The salt may be particularly subdued, so you can mix the oil well and sprinkle it on the shrimp. Gambas is best eaten when it is very, very hot. Gambas is done when the shrimp is cooked with a reddish color and the oil is pumped up.
STEP 8/14
The outside is a crispy baked ciabatta. I'm preparing to make a pan-con tomate. I cooked it with an air fryer.
STEP 9/14
First, cut the raw garlic in half and put the garlic on the surface of the bread. Evenly!!!! Then the bread naturally smells like garlic.
STEP 10/14
If you put garlic on it, now put on hard-boiled tomatoes. Spread well enough to cover the tomato with plenty of juice. So this is what's going to be called the Van Con Tomate.
STEP 11/14
Is this a distant taste?? It doesn't taste that good, but it tastes like a garlic bread that's pungent and smells like garlic...It can be a delicious meal in itself because of the fresh flavor of tomatoes. If you put stir-fried mushrooms, salsa sauce, or jamon on top of it, it will become a tapas famous for various kinds of porcelain, a Spanish liquor.
STEP 12/14
Gambas and Pancontomate from Coffee Friends are complete. Instead of pan-contomate, just apply olive oil and stick the baked ciabatta into the finished gambas. If you dip the bread in gambas, it's really good. I've prepared it with a bang-shaw.
STEP 13/14
Add the remaining gambas to the shrimp and the boiled pasta noodles, and make aglio e olio pasta as the main dish. If you boil the pasta noodles, you'll have enough for a meal with the leftover gambas. If you add a little bit of noodles, the seasoning and oil will permeate the noodles well.
STEP 14/14
The aglio e olio pasta using the leftover gambas is complete. You don't need to season it separately or add pepper. Because the gambas is seasoned with salt enough. But if you think it's bland while eating the noodles, you can add salt and pepper. Ah!!! The best aglio e olio pasta was the one with enough shrimp and garlic scent.
