STEP 1/11
Please prepare the ingredients.
(I don't have sugar, so I used a sugar powder, but you can use sugar~!!)
STEP 2/11
Add half the sugar or sugar powder to the egg whites and whip for about 2 minutes.
STEP 3/11
Add the rest of the sugar powder and whip it.
STEP 4/11
When you turn the mixing bowl upside down, make the meringue firmly until it doesn't fall off.
STEP 5/11
I'm going to make it in three colors, so I divided the meringue into three places and added pigments to each of them!!
STEP 6/11
Pigments can be omitted!
STEP 7/11
Put the desired piping tip in the piping bag and put the meringue in it.
(You can purchase gifs and piping tips at Daiso~!!)
STEP 8/11
Squeeze the meringue into the pan freely.
STEP 9/11
I baked it in an oven at 100 degrees for about an hour and a half!!
Each household has a different oven, so please adjust the time.
STEP 10/11
If you cool it down and take off the meringue cookie, the bottom comes off clean and smooth like this!!
STEP 11/11
Ta-da! The pretty and crispy meringue cookie is complete!
Each oven has a different baking time, so bake it according to each oven!!
You have to cool the meringue slightly after baking it so that it falls off the floor well!!
Food coloring is optional!
