STEP 1/12
A serving of macaroni is about half a mug
STEP 2/12
Put 250 ml of water in a rice cooker (one cup with mug) and add 1T of cooking oil or olive oil and 1t of salt and steam it for 15 minutes
*Penne or other pasta are also available, not macaroni
STEP 3/12
Prepare vegetables while the stew is ready
For one serving, cut 1/2 green pepper, 1 tomato (it's good to cut out the hard tip), and 1/2 onion into small pieces
STEP 4/12
And make me a dressing. It's good because you can shake it and mix it if you put it in a bottle or an airtight container.
You can make a lot of olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and sugar in 3:2:1:1 ratio in advance and use it every time you make a salad.
For one serving, add 3T olive oil, 2T lemon juice, 1T vinegar, 1T sugar, 1/2T minced garlic, 2nd pepper, and oregano
*Since macaroni has salt, there is no salt in the dressing, but if you want to make salad with vegetables, you can add an extra pinch of salt
*You can skip sugar
STEP 5/12
Shake to mix well
STEP 6/12
Strain the macaroni through a sieve, discard the water, and cool
STEP 7/12
Place macaroni and vegetables in bowl
Tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers are in it
*If you have black olives, please add them according to your preference
STEP 8/12
*It's Lucola that I used to raise at home
STEP 9/12
I like arugula, so I put it in together. It's not a must
STEP 10/12
Add about 25g of feta cheese (as much as you want) and sprinkle with dressing
You can bring it out and mix it right away when you're serving customers.
*But I like goat's milk cheese
STEP 11/12
You can mix it all up and put it in an airtight container and let it ripen in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before you eat it.
STEP 12/12
If you add sweet corn, it's the taste you often eat at family restaurants. You don't need a sweet cone if you want to enjoy it in a traditional Greek style
Enjoy your meal!
It's healthy and delicious
