Healthy Cooking Low-Salt Bean Sprout Seasoning
It's not easy to cook new side dishes three times a day with low-salt food. It's hard to even taste it. Today, I made seasoned bean sprouts that are easy to get.I made it boring, so I mixed it with perilla oil and seasoned bean sprouts. We don't put in red pepper paste at this time. It is good for patients who should not eat salty food, dieters, and those who reduce sodium intake to prevent adult diseases.
