A nutritious lunch box, duck wraps and rice
Duck meat, which is high in unsaturated fatty acids, is said to help make healthy cholesterol. I made ssambap with lettuce, perilla leaves, and chives and prepared a healthy lunch box ^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Bake smoked duck until golden brown in a pan and cut into 1/2, 1/3 sizes
STEP 2/11
You can choose between chives, green onions, or water parsley. Blanch in boiling water for 10 seconds and remove the water
STEP 3/11
Take out the seeds and chop the chili pepper
STEP 4/11
In a 2/3 bowl of rice, mix 1 tablespoon of ssamjang, 1 chopped pepper and 1 skewer of sesame seeds
If you're enjoying the spicy taste, add Cheongyang red pepper ^^

Put 1/2 tablespoon of rice on the washed and drained lettuce

Add 1 or 2 pieces of chopped duck meat

Wrap it around without any loose parts and hold it tightly with your hands

Wrap it around 3/4 of the ingredients so that the chives don't come out easily
If you pull it too hard, it will break, so just enough ^^;;

You can tie the ends of the chives twice and put them between the chives

It's hard to eat for lunch, but I made it pretty and clean so that you can enjoy it without any burdenlessly
+ You can cut duck meat into small pieces and mix it with rice, ssamjang, and red pepper + Fill half of the wrap so that it doesn't explode + If you're bored with the green shape, you can cut red pepper diagonally and put it on top of the lettuce
