STEP 1/7
Place warm water (40, 250ml: 1 1/2 cups of paper cups) and yeast (4g) in a dough bowl.

Stir well and mix evenly.

Apply some cooking oil to your hands (or plastic gloves),
Remove the dough to an appropriate size (approximately 65g) and spread it out, and place a spoon in the middle of the mixture (13g) and close it well to prevent it from bursting.

Grease a heated pan and place the dough on top of it and bake until golden brown.

Turn the hotteok you took out, tear the middle part, and spread it out.

Place Ottogi Shred Cheese Mozzarella (70g) in a microwave bowl, melt it in the microwave for about a minute, and place it on top of hotteok.
STEP 7/7
Sprinkle with parsley powder and complete.
Please use the remaining dough on the same day.
If you eat it while it's hot, it may cause the jam to flow out and burn.
