Chicken soup made with a rice cooker
Recipe for making chicken soup for one person :) I used it as Cha Seung-won's recipe for chicken soup

Ingredients
  • a drumstick

  • Korean style soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Wash two chicken legs with trimmed thighs and put them in a rice cooker and add 1/2 onions, 3 garlics, and 2T of refined rice wine or soju
*I only had minced garlic, so I added 1T of minced garlic instead
STEP 2/9
Pour 400ml of water and steam it for 20 minutes
STEP 3/9
When the chicken is cooked, take it out
STEP 4/9
I'm going to take all the flesh

Put the chicken bones back in the soup and boil it for 10 minutes
*It's okay to skip it
STEP 6/9
In the meantime, mix the chicken with the seasoning
* 1T of red pepper powder, 1T of chopped green onion, 1T of minced garlic, 0.5T of soy sauce, 2 pieces of Cheongyang red pepper

After mixing the meat

Throw the bones away from the orphan soup, add the seasoned meat into the soup, and cook the multi-purpose stew for another 10 minutes
STEP 9/9
The chili oil was made and the soup became spicy chicken soup. Add salt and pepper to suit your taste, and you're done!
