Chinese cabbage soup with beef bones
There is beef bone broth, so I added frozen cabbage and made beef soup.

  • Green pepper

  • Red pepper

  • Beef bone soup
    13cup
  • Soybean paste
    3TS
  • red pepper paste
    2TS
  • crushed garlic
    3TS
  • ginger juice
    1ts
  • the liquid of tuna
    1/2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Slice the radish flat, and slice the green onion, green pepper, and red pepper diagonally.
Cut the blanching cabbage into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/5
Bring to a boil the tail stock or beef bone stock in a saucepan.
STEP 3/5
Add radish, frozen cabbage, green onion, green pepper, red pepper, ginger juice, minced garlic, doenjang, and red pepper paste and bring to a boil (about 30 minutes)
STEP 4/5
Season with the tuna liquid.
STEP 5/5
Put it in a bowl.
The salinity of the soybean paste is different, so adjust it according to your preference
