STEP 1/14
We order seaweeds first. Wash it 3-4 times in cold water. Then add thick salt, add cold water so that all the clams are submerged, and then add seaweeds. It will take about 30 minutes to get it.
STEP 2/14
Wash the clams neatly in cold water once more, and now use a toothbrush to peel off and wash the foreign substances on the shell.
STEP 3/14
Put clams and shrimp in a hot pot, sprinkle rice wine first, and steam it over medium heat. That's because all the big clams are cooked, and even if they're not big clams, the cockles with hard shells are cooked. If you just steam it right away, there are times when pen shells and cockles don't ripen.
STEP 4/14
Make seasoning while steaming. Red pepper powder, minced garlic, minced ginger, green onion, red pepper seeds, red pepper oil, pepper!!! These are the ingredients that make it spicy. Add brewed soy sauce for liver and plum juice for sweetness. Add dried pollack, shrimp, green onion root, shiitake mushroom column, natural seasoning, and thickly boiled broth and mix well.
STEP 5/14
I thought shellfish alone wouldn't be enough, so I took them out to put frozen seafood in. And I took out frozen squid. After cutting the squid in half, I attached wings using scissors instead of cuts. And prepare your legs in half. You can cut it after it's done.
STEP 6/14
I think the clams are all steamed. Let's make steamed seafood. Put bean sprouts on top of steamed clams.
STEP 7/14
Pour in the seasoning soup that you made.
STEP 8/14
Then, close the lid and steam it again. When the bean sprouts are out of breath, open the lid.
STEP 9/14
When the bean sprouts are out of breath, they now add frozen seafood. Add frozen seafood and squid!!!
STEP 10/14
It doesn't have much color, so I added more red pepper powder. And cut the green onions into big pieces and put them on top.
STEP 11/14
Stir well so that the seasoning is well cut.
STEP 12/14
Lastly, put water parsley on top.
STEP 13/14
Add starch water to adjust the concentration and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish!!! It's spicy, savory, cool, and spicy steamed seafood.
STEP 14/14
Leave the clams on the plate, then pour the bean sprouts and seasoning. And if you sprinkle sesame seeds and serve it, it's a spicy, cool, and delicious steamed seafood that you're done.
