Chop onions, potatoes, broccoli, paprika and pork into small pieces
Cut the pineapple in half, remove the filling, and cut it into the same size as the vegetables

Replace the hollowed pineapple with a bowl

Put cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry pork and potatoes first

When the meat is about to cook, add other vegetables and stir-fry again quickly

Add rice and stir-fry while mixing well

Next, add curry powder and stir-fry again
If it's too bland, add oyster sauce
I usually use fish sauce, but I don't have oyster sauce

Put it in pineapple and serve it
Vegetables don't matter what you have at home, you can eat other meat instead of pork
It tastes even better if you add seafood like shrimp
