A savory and refreshing crab meat salad on crispy rye bread toas
If you eat romaine lettuce mixed with lemon-flavored crab salad and sour dressing on a savory and crispy rye bread toast, it makes you feel so happy. While running YouTube, I always go grocery shopping on the same day and cook creative dishes, but this dish is really complete and delicious, so the taste remains after a while. It's a food that everyone likes! Make it simple but cool when you have a snack for your kids or a family meal on the weekend.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Tear crab meat by hand.
STEP 2/9
Slice the calamata olives and cut the red pepper and cucumber into cubes of 2mm.
STEP 3/9
Mix crab sticks, red pepper, cucumber, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt. Add lemon juice while looking at the concentration.

Cut the romaine lettuce into 8.5cm in diameter and soak it in water to keep it alive.

Make a dressing by mixing olive oil and lemon juice salt. Drain the romaine lettuce and mix in the dressing.

Slice the frozen rye bread to a thickness of 2mm and bake it in an oven at 180C for 3 minutes.

Layer the romaine salad, crab salad, and calamata olives on a plate and place the rye bread toast where you want to finish.

-Rye bread is difficult to cut into thin slices if it is not frozen, so freeze it and use it. (Especially rye bread with nuts) -If you don't have rye bread, you can replace it with baguette or bread. But rye bread is really good. It's so easy to make that I don't need tips lol
