Making a simple yet delicious drug egg roll
I love soft-boiled eggs. So I always eat fried eggs with Sunny's side up, and I like Gamdong egg the most among the boiled eggs sold at convenience stores. Anyway, so the other day, I made 'Ajitamago' with half-cooked eggs, but this time I made a simpler 'drug egg sauce'!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Leave the eggs at room temperature for an hour to cool.

Boil water, 1 tablespoon vinegar, and 1/2 tablespoon salt in a pot

When the water boils, carefully add the prepared eggs and boil them for 6 minutes and 30 seconds.

Continue to stir in one direction while boiling so that the yolk is in the middle.

Let the boiled egg soak in ice water and let it cool.

Trim the vegetables that will go into the egg cabinet while the eggs cool.
Cut the red pepper into quarters and chop it.

Chop up the chives and prepare them.

Peel the eggs when they are cool enough.

Put 1 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 1 cup of water, chives, red pepper, 3 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds in a sealed container.

Mix the ingredients well.
