Making Buldak (Red Chicken Version of Pocha without Borders)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cut 600g chicken legs into bite-sized pieces.

2 tablespoons of red pepper paste and 4 tablespoons of Cheongyang red pepper powder
Add 3 tablespoons of oligosaccharide
Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce to 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Add 3 tablespoons of hot sauce
Add 1.5 tbsp minced garlic and a little minced ginger.
Add a little pepper and mix well.

I'll put the sauce in the meat
Add a handful of tteokbokki tteok and let it measure for 20 minutes.
