It's a very simple jambalah
Do you all remember the jambalaya made by the owner of the Cheongpa-dong pizza restaurant, which recently became a big issue at the "Alley Restaurant in Jongwon Baek"? Zambalaya was born in the southern part of the United States. It's similar to Paella in Spain. I personally like this food a lot, so I'm sharing the recipe!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cut chicken and sausage into bite-size pieces and stir-fry 1 spoon of oil in a heated pot. Stir-fry over normal heat until well cooked. I bought chicken sausage.
STEP 2/10
Remove well-cooked chicken and sausage and place them on a separate plate
STEP 3/10
Wash the vegetables well and cut them into squares. You can cut it as small as your little nail. Stir-fry trimmed vegetables in a pot over normal heat until onions are transparent.
STEP 4/10
Trim the tomatoes while the vegetables read. I sliced tomatoes and ground them in a food chopper.
STEP 5/10
Add ground tomatoes to well-fried vegetables and 2 cups chicken stock.
STEP 6/10
Add seasoning and simmer over normal heat for 25-30 minutes. Stir in and out of the pan so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
STEP 7/10
Boil for 25-30 minutes, then add the trimmed shrimp first and stir until pink. Then add the stir-fried chicken and sausage at the start and simmer over normal heat for another 20 minutes.
STEP 8/10
Lastly, season with salt and pepper.
STEP 9/10
It's done!
STEP 10/10
You can put it on top of the rice and mix it!

It was so simple! I used tomatoes instead of tomato sauce and spicy salsa sauce because I was too lazy, and I skipped bell peppers, but it was amazing that it tasted like jambalaya that I really bought!! I had Louisiana hot sauce. Thank you.

It's my first time trying this dish, but I enjoyed it! It was similar to the taste I had at the restaurant when I traveled to Spain, so I ate it deliciously thinking about that time! Thank you!
