Cut the vegetables into the shape you want.

(The soup doesn't have any ingredients, so it becomes cleaner!)

Add minced garlic.

Boil the broth over high heat.
(Remove the foam in between~.)

When the broth boils, add the green onions and boil for another minute.

Add all vegetables except onions.

Add red pepper powder and boil it.

When doenjang-jjigae boils, add onions.
(The onion will soften quickly, so put it in at the end!)

Boil it over high heat for about 2 minutes, and it's a delicious and savory soybean paste stew!
If you use rice water, the stew is cleaner and more savory!!
Please control the vegetables in the soybean paste stew to your liking!!
Please use salt for the lack of seasoning.
