Cooking Steps

- Prepare the material at room temperature.
- Prepare pecans or walnuts by roasting them slightly.

- Beat in eggs first, add sugar and salt, and whisk just enough to dissolve.

- Add brown rice and mix little by little.

- Sift together the flour, misugaru, and baking powder and mix slightly with the dough.

- When the powder is visible, add pecans and finish the dough.

- Put it in a plastic bag and put about 80% in a miffin mold.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

The dry texture of grain powder is not as strong as you think, so you can feel the savory taste. If you eat it with milk or mixed grain powder shake, it's a good meal.
