Tuna doenjang jjigae that you boil quickly

  • oyster mushroom

  • Cheongyang red pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put a 150g can of tuna in a pot
STEP 2/6
Add 3 tablespoons of soybean paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
STEP 3/6
Cut 300g of tofu into cubes and add 100g of seasoned oyster mushrooms.
STEP 4/6
And pour 3 cups of anchovy broth of kelp and boil it
STEP 5/6
Boil it evenly until the soup comes out, then cut 1/2 onions into squares and 1/3 zucchini pumpkins to match the size of the onions and boil them.

And lastly, cut 3 cheongyang peppers and boil them.
