STEP 1/10
First, soak chickpeas in water for more than 12 hours
The beans are very hard, so you have to soak them for a long time to grind them easily
You can think of it as making it the day after it's soaked :)
STEP 2/10
Put the soaked beans in a rice cooker and cook for 34 minutes
STEP 3/10
200 boiled beans made 500ml of hummus
You can say that half a cup of beans was enough before boiling
STEP 4/10
Cool and peel chickpeas that have been boiled for 500ml
It's boiled and softened, so if you press it in half, it's easy to peel
STEP 5/10
Grind the peeled chickpeas in a blender
STEP 6/10
Add 1T of minced garlic, 1T of lemon juice (or vinegar), 4t of curry powder, 1T of sesame oil, 4T of olive oil, 2T of sesame seeds and grind them further
You can add other healthy ingredients and grind them together
*You can use cumin powder instead of curry powder, but you need to add salt instead
*I replaced Tahini with sesame seeds and sesame oil
STEP 7/10
After grinding, stir in a bowl and add a teaspoon of curry powder if the seasoning is weak
STEP 8/10
When it's all clear
STEP 9/10
Take as much as you want
STEP 10/10
Add more olive oil (you don't have to put it in) until the humus is moist, and then add a little bit of red pepper powder and parsley on top of it's done!
Make it all at once and just eat it, or dip it in crackers or bread and eat it as a snack or snack :)
