STEP 1/7
Cut the onions vertically
STEP 2/7
Put 10T of water, 2T of soy sauce, 1T of sugar, and 2T of cooking wine in a ramen pot
STEP 3/7
Add 1 onion, 1 handful of chopped green onion, and 1 shrimp
Remove lid and simmer 2 minutes until shrimp are cooked and onion is slightly out of breath
When the pot boils, it boils for a minute and turns off automatically. So you have to open the pot and boil it
Seafood needs to be cooked, so you can put it in when the water boils.
If you don't have chopped green onions, you can skip it
STEP 4/7
Do not stir the two eggs while the onion is dying, just pop the yolk and prepare
STEP 5/7
When the shrimp is cooked and the onion is out of breath, pour the egg water into the boiling soy sauce The egg cooks right away. Leave un-stirred and turn off the pot before the eggs get stuck and burn.
If the bottom of the pot sticks or burns because of the eggs, it doesn't affect the taste of the food, so you can eat it.
STEP 6/7
If you leave it on for a while, the eggs will be soft and cooked
If you don't think it's cooked, turn the pot back on low and turn it off before it burns
If you remove the egg from the bottom, you can reduce the stickiness
STEP 7/7
Put the rice in a bowl and put it on top, and it's done!
The egg is heavy and sinks to the bottom, so it sticks well to the bottom of the pot and sticks. But there's no burnt taste in cooking. Be aware that the eggs stick when you make it.
If you eat it with green onion kimchi that you uploaded recently, it goes well with you
