Daegu is seasoned with olive oil, basil powder, salt, and pepper.

Salmon steak is seasoned, so we put enough olive oil on a heated pan and grilled it from the skin. I'll grill the Daegu steak. And put rosemary on top to give out the scent. It gets rid of the smell. Turn the back of the salmon skin over when it is fully cooked.

The Daegu steak was successful in turning over, but the salmon stuck to the pan and eventually lost some weight. Now add a tablespoon of butter, close the lid, and bake. I'd like it to be golden brown. Both fish cook quickly, so you can cook them well over high heat. I think 15 minutes is enough.

Place grilled cod steak and salmon steak on a plate.

Add green beans, mushrooms, onions, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil powder and stir-fry garnish on top of the steak.

Finally, I sprinkled tartar sauce and capers on top. But there was too much sauce. Later, it felt a little greasy. It was okay for me~~~ The caper is salty and sour, so it's enough to hold it, but if you don't like white sauce, you can prepare it separately or adjust the amount.
