Ingredients
Chicken breast
500g
Water
1paper cup
Vinegar
1/2TS
Soy sauce
2/3cup
Water
2/3cup
Cheongju
1/2cup
onion
1/2ea
leek
2ea
Garlic
5ea
Whole pepper
15piece
Ginger
1piece
dried red pepper
2ea
plum extract

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash chicken breast thoroughly and spread thinly
STEP 2/8
Add 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar and mix, then pour into the chicken and mix
STEP 3/8
Drain using a kitchen towel
STEP 4/8
Boil all ingredients except mesilcheong in soy sauce
STEP 5/8
Lastly, add plum tung and boil it for 3 more minutes and cool it down
STEP 6/8
The dehydrated chicken breast
Marinate in seasoned soy sauce for 30 minutes
STEP 7/8
Place the paper foil on the dryer tray and spread the chicken breast on top
STEP 8/8
Dry with a home dryer at 70 for about 8 hours
It doesn't smell fishy at all

Since I found out about this recipe last year, I have been making it every two to three weeks. If you make a lot of soy sauce and use it in other stir-fried dishes, it adds a rich taste.

I like spicy food in this recipe
I made it with 5 cheongyang peppers and a big handful of Vietnamese peppers in the soy sauce
