Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Add chopped chives & cheongyang red pepper, fish sauce, soy sauce, water and sesame seeds and mix well.
STEP 2/3
Oh, if you prefer dry ones. You can strain it through a sieve and drain it's fine.
STEP 3/3
The finished gamtae kimchi is delicious to eat right away, and you can enjoy it more deliciously if you put it in the refrigerator and eat it cold.
