Corn cheese is one of the things I always get refilled at Japanese restaurants. It's savory and the texture that pops in your mouth is really good. I recommend a simple beer dish^0^

STEP 1/4First, melt a spoonful of butter in a heated pan and stir-fry the dried corn
STEP 2/4When the corn is cooked to a certain extent, add 1/2 spoon of sugar and mayonnaise and mix well.
STEP 3/4Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, sprinkle parsley powder, close the lid, and melt the cheese over low heat
STEP 4/4Japanese restaurant style. Corn cheese is done.When I took a bite, the savory mayonnaise and savory cheese were met and it was so delicious. The texture of the corn that you can chew is also very good. It's delicious as a snack, and it's good as a side dish for beer!
