Cream cheese arabita pasta
The weekend when my husband is resting! I'm lazy to go out of the house and I want to eat something delicious, so I prepared arabata pasta that you can easily make with arabita sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare 3 mushrooms, 2 rows of bacon, and 1/2 onions.
- If you don't have bacon, smoked pork belly is also good!

Melt butter in frying pan and stir-fry 1/2 onion over medium heat until semi-transparent.
STEP 3/8
When onions are half transparent, add bacon, mushrooms, and 1/3 T of minced garlic and stir-fry to prevent burning.
STEP 4/8
When the onion turns brown, boil the water in a pot, add 1/3 T of salt and 1/3 T of cooking oil to the pot, prepare 2 servings of pasta noodles, and boil them in boiling water for about 8 minutes.
STEP 5/8
Stir in the pasta noodles that have been boiled for about 8 minutes, add about 2 drops of cooking oil, and dissolve the noodles so that they do not clump together.
STEP 6/8
Place the drained pasta noodles on top of the stir-fried ingredients, add 1/3 of the arabita sauce, and stir-fry over medium heat.
STEP 7/8
Mix the pasta noodles well with the sauce so that they don't clump together, add a spoonful of cream cheese, dissolve, and then turn off the heat

Transfer the well-fried pasta to a plate and it's done.
