STEP 1/12
Place at room temperature and mix in softened butter to mayonnaise.
STEP 2/12
Add sugar to butter and mix well until sugar is dissolved. (Actually, I use a hand mixer, but I made it from 7 in the morning and stirred it with a regular whisk.)
STEP 3/12
Add eggs one at a time and mix well. When butter + sugar + eggs are all mixed, the whisk is all done.
STEP 4/12
Sift out the amount of flour and baking powder.
STEP 5/12
Mix well with wooden spatula until no powder is visible.
STEP 6/12
I added milk to this to make a softer dough.
STEP 7/12
Crush five Oreos in a bag. It breaks easily even if you break it with your hands.
STEP 8/12
If you mix the Oreo powder with the batter, it's really easy without the hard process, right? My friend also came to my house and went to practice making muffins, but he said it only takes 10 minutes, so he had to make it at home. It's a good muffin to make quickly.
STEP 9/12
Please put muffin parchment paper on the muffin mold. I used a higher muffin parchment paper and got 12. I think people who use low cups will get around 18.
STEP 10/12
I added the remaining 5 Oreos as a topping. Please put it up in various shapes.
STEP 11/12
It looks like it was baked at 180 degrees for 23 minutes in my oven. I think it'd be good to bake it until 26 minutes and make the top color darker. If you poke it with chopsticks and it doesn't come off, it's all cooked. Adjust the oven time according to the specifications of each oven according to the taste of the muffin color.
STEP 12/12
Put it right on the cooling net and let it cool. It's delicious when it's completely cold and it's delicious when it's hot.
