Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wipe 6 quince clean with baking powder and vinegar.
STEP 2/8
Cut quince into bite-size pieces. I like big ones, so I didn't sift them and cut them into big pieces(Singing "Laughing)
STEP 3/8
Put quince and honey in one-on-one.
STEP 4/8
Mix well with quince to blend honey evenly.
STEP 5/8
I put honey and quince mixture in a glass bottle and sprinkled sugar on it.
STEP 6/8
Quince syrup is complete!!I've been letting it ripen at room temperature for a week. When it's all ripened, I'll have to drink quince tea!!

I made quince syrup to prevent a cold in winter. I can't wait to drink sweet quince tea. It's really hard to cut quince, so you really have to be careful with your hands.^^* The efficacy of quince syrup is bronchial tubes, good for colds, good fatigue recovery, good digestive function, and anemia treatment.
