Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Remove the legs of the squid one by one, cut the body into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/11
You can cut lettuce, cabbage, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces, onions thick, peppers slanted, green onions in half and 4cm long, oyster mushrooms in root and tear them.
STEP 3/11
Add seasoning ingredients to the sliced meat and mix it.
STEP 4/11
In a preheated frying pan, stir-fry cooking oil, green onions, and minced garlic over medium heat for 2 minutes.
STEP 5/11
Add the meat and ginger juice and stir-fry for 3 minutes until golden brown,

Add cabbage, mushrooms, onions, and zucchini and stir-fry them for another 2 minutes.
STEP 7/11
Add soy sauce and red pepper powder and stir-fry for 30 more seconds,
STEP 8/11
Add 700ml of water, salt, oyster sauce, and chicken stock and bring to a boil over high heat.
STEP 9/11
When it boils up, add squid, clams, and shrimp and boil for another 5 minutes.
STEP 10/11
If you put in pepper 2 minutes before it's done, and that's it.
STEP 11/11
Put the noodles or rice you want in the finished jjamppong soup and enjoy it!!
