1. Add salt, refined rice and 1/2T of starch to the sirloin and mix.

2. Remove the skin of the avocado, cut it into 4 pieces and cut it into 2-3cm pieces.

3. Slice the onion into 5mm thick slices.

4. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry onions and minced garlic.

5. Stir-fry it together with sirloin and add cherry tomatoes and sauce.

6. Add the avocado and stir-fry together. (The delicious sauce is complete as the cherry tomato juice comes out.)
1. If the sirloin is thick, it is baked with starch, and if it is thin, it becomes messy when adding starch.
2. When stir-frying sirloin, you have to add bell tomatoes and sauce when it is half-cooked so that the meat is not tough and can be cooked smoothly and glossily.
