Avocado Cheese Spring Roll
My favorite avocado~ When I was in middle school(17 years ago?I like avocado~ I'm very happy that I can buy it easily in Korea these days.I wish it could be cheaper How do you eat avocado in Korea?? In Japan, we eat raw tuna or salmon with salad or just warabi and soy sauce^^ Today, I'm going to eat Vietnamese rolls It's a dish in Izakaya.

Cut the avocado like this.

Place lettuce, cream cheese, avocado, and shrimp on top of Vietnamese rolls
In this picture, the shrimp is at the bottom, but it's pretty even if it's at the top.

Cut it in half at an angle.
You can eat soy sauce and wasabi, and I recommend you to make a sauce with chili sauce, red pepper paste, and starch syrup
