Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Before I make the sweet potato latte, I should grill the sweet potatoes, right?
Put the washed sweet potatoes in a pan, close the lid, and bake over low heat for 15 minutes.
*You can use steamed sweet potatoes
STEP 2/5
After 15 minutes, open the lid and turn over the sweet potatoes one by one.
Cover again and bake for 10-15 minutes!
STEP 3/5
My mouth is watering when I see roasted sweet potatoes grilled over low heat for a total of 30 minutes
When I taste it in half, it tastes so good. +_+
STEP 4/5
Put peeled roasted sweet potatoes (about 250g) in a blender, add milk (500-600ml), honey (2 tablespoons), and a pinch of salt, and grind them finely.
* If it's less sweet, add honey. If it's too sweet, add more milk.
If you want it thick, you can add more sweet potatoes and grind it. :)
STEP 5/5
Heat the finished sweet potato latte in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Lastly, finish with a little bit of cinnamon powder and bun cha almonds.
*Cinnamon powder or almonds are optional, so you can pass :)
