Super simple fried tofu egg
It's salty on the outside, white on the inside, and spicy with vinegar, but it's simple, but try making tofu and egg fry that's perfect for a side dish ^^ It's better than I thought. Kids love it, too. (Children, don't add vinegar)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut tofu about 0.7 to 1cm thick
I'll chop up the small green onions
Remove seeds from red and white vinegar and chop them up
STEP 2/5
Add 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt to 3 eggs, add fine green onion, strawberry and red vinegar, and mix well (*Adjust salt seasoning to taste)
STEP 3/5
Put tofu in a larger bowl, pour eggs on top, and leave it for about 10 minutes. (Leave the egg and salt in the tofu for about 10 minutes.)
STEP 4/5
Grease a pan with cooking oil and cook slowly so that it doesn't burn over low heat (put egg water and vegetables nicely on top of tofu)
STEP 5/5
If you cook it until it's golden brown, and it's done
It's egg water, so cook slowly over low heat You can add more candles if you want ^^

    I had leftover egg water from the pumpkin pancake, so I put rice powder on tofu and fried eggs. It's delicious :)
