Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Soak 10 lemons in vinegar water for about 20 minutes and then drain,

Pour a little bit of salt and baking soda and scrub the surface thoroughly with water.

After wiping the water off the lemon, I cut the lemon into a round shape.
STEP 4/9
Prepare honey.
STEP 5/9
Add lemon and honey in a 1:1 ratio.
STEP 6/9
Mix honey and lemon well.
STEP 7/9
After putting it in a bottle, cover the top with sugar.
STEP 8/9
Let it ripen at room temperature for 3 days and then put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.

This is a fermented lemon tea!!
