Potato Onion Pancake: French fries, rainy day food

  • chopped onion

  • egg
    2ea
  • Salt
    1/2t
  • ground pepper

  • pan frying powder
    1/2T
  • Cooking oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Microwave the frozen fries 3 times a minute, smooth them, and mash them *Time may vary, so until it becomes soft! *When it's hot, I use a fork. When it's a little warm, I put on plastic gloves and mashed it. (In the style you want!)! If you like to chew, you can mash it less, right?)
