STEP 1/18
I prepared mushrooms. Shiitake mushrooms are good, too. I'm not going to throw away the shiitake mushroom tail, but I'll chop it up and put it in the tuna.
STEP 2/18
Prepare canned tuna by removing the oil completely. Mash a little so it doesn't clump together.
STEP 3/18
The ingredients are red pepper, cheongyang pepper, onion, and shrimp. It's a frozen raw shrimp, but I'm going to chop it up with just six left. All the ingredients are minced and prepared.
STEP 4/18
Add red pepper, cheongyang pepper, onion, and minced shrimp to mashed tuna and mix well.
STEP 5/18
The tuna itself is seasoned, but you still need to season it. Add a little salt and pepper and mix well.
STEP 6/18
Add an egg and beat it because you need patience to clump together. That's how you get more persistence.
STEP 7/18
I completed the filling of the tuna shrimp mushroom pancake. I'm going to make a wonton pancake with what's left in the mushroom.
STEP 8/18
Please coat the mushrooms with flour first. Because it doesn't separate even if you put in the cow.
STEP 9/18
Put the prepared tuna filling inside the mushroom. Put it in as you mix it well. Then, coat it with a little bit of flour left over it.
STEP 10/18
And press the raw shrimp on top and put it in. Then you can feel like you're eating shrimp pancakes while eating tuna pancakes.
STEP 11/18
Just coat it with an egg coat and fry it, and that's it. You will be able to make simple and healthy pancakes with canned tuna. It has red pepper and cheongyang red pepper in it, so it takes away the oily and dry taste.
STEP 12/18
Grease a heated pan and fry one at a time.
STEP 13/18
When it's golden brown, turn it over and fry it. Tuna is eaten as it is, so you can just fry it as soon as the shrimp is cooked.
STEP 14/18
There's not much mushroom left, so there's still material left. So I'm going to play a game. So I put in all the remaining ingredients. While making the mushroom shrimp pancake, they put in egg clothes, and they put in the remaining eggs, and they also shake off the remaining flour. And then I'll apply it vigorously. Then there are no ingredients left!!!
STEP 15/18
Make a round shape of tuna shrimp pancake.
STEP 16/18
And then you just have to fry it in the pan. Rather, the tuna shrimp pancake is simpler. But surprisingly, when you eat it with mushrooms, the soft moisture from the mushrooms gives you a less dry feeling.
STEP 17/18
This is tuna mushroom shrimp pancake with better moisture from mushrooms. It's complete. I put in a lot of stuffing, and I felt full even if I ate a few.
STEP 18/18
It's a meatball pancake made using the remaining ingredients. I added onions and spicy peppers because I thought it would be dry after removing the oil from the tuna, but it's savory and not that dry. I think it's more like that because I chopped shrimp and put it in. The tuna shrimp meat pancake is done.
