Boiled mushrooms with soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Peel mushrooms from the bottom.
STEP 2/5
Boil quail eggs in salt water for 8-10 minutes and peel them.
STEP 3/5
Cut onion, green onion, whole garlic, red pepper, and vegetables into large pieces and put them together in soy sauce.
STEP 4/5
First, add soy sauce seasoning and vegetables above and boil it until the soup is half.
STEP 5/5
Open the lid and add the mushrooms and quail eggs and simmer until the soup is barely left.
When boiling, add a little salt and put it in cold water right after boiling to peel it well. When you boil the soy sauce, you can throw away the vegetables in the middle or boil them down until the end like me.
