STEP 1/12
There were crabs that weren't trimmed, but they weren't just steamed, so I bought them.
STEP 2/12
Even if it's trimmed, the gills are attached, so it's better to remove them before cooking, right?
Gills can be removed simply by opening them with your hands as you see them.
STEP 3/12
If you remove the gills, they turn clean like this.
No matter how much it's been trimmed,
Wash neatly once before cooking.
STEP 4/12
There were five crabs in total, but they didn't have a lot of intestines because they were trimmed.
STEP 5/12
You have to melt the butter first.
You can microwave it or double-hot it.
STEP 6/12
Add all the ingredients for the sauce to the butter
STEP 7/12
Spread the prepared seasoning well on the crab.
You have to apply it evenly according to the amount of blue crab, so please consider the amount carefully.
If there's some left, you can post it later, but if it's not enough, you have to make more!
STEP 8/12
I'm going to bake all the blue crabs in the oven, so it's convenient if you put paper foil on the plate to put them in the oven and put them on top of it's convenient.
STEP 9/12
I baked it for about 10 minutes in the 180C oven.
At first, I baked it for 10 minutes and took it out, but it didn't feel enough, so I baked it for another 5 minutes.
It depends on the environment.. It's good to grill it moderately and check once in a while.
STEP 10/12
Five crabs for two is not enough, right?
They prepared carbs as well.
I baked some bread in the freezer and put it up together.
STEP 11/12
Dip the sauce on the lid and take a bite
STEP 12/12
The body is properly marinated.
The speed of the crab is so good, but the sauce on the skin was so good that I had to wash it..
Grilled garlic butter... Of course, beer is a must!!
It would be nice to just steam the crab, but it's more delicious if you spread the sauce like this!!
