How to make garlic butter grilled crab with autumn blue crab
A lot of people eat jumbo shrimp and blue crabs in September, right? I looked it up and.. The season of blue crabs is open all year round Hah! Anyway, I bought blue crabs because they were selling them cheaply at the mart. You can cook a variety of dishes, but.. You know that oven-based cooking is the simplest and fastest, right?

There were crabs that weren't trimmed, but they weren't just steamed, so I bought them.

Gills can be removed simply by opening them with your hands as you see them.

There were five crabs in total, but they didn't have a lot of intestines because they were trimmed.

You have to melt the butter first.
You can microwave it or double-hot it.

Add all the ingredients for the sauce to the butter

I baked it for about 10 minutes in the 180C oven.
At first, I baked it for 10 minutes and took it out, but it didn't feel enough, so I baked it for another 5 minutes.
