Radish

salted anchovies

Red pepper powder
1.5cup
crushed garlic

chopped ginger

Sugar

plum extract

onion juice

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut radish into cubes and marinate in thick salt
STEP 2/7
Sprinkle salt and water and marinate for 30 minutes
After about 10 minutes, flip it over

While it's being pickled, make the sauce
Anchovy sauce (1 cup), red pepper powder (1.5 cup), minced garlic (3T), minced ginger (3t)
Sugar (2T), plum juice (3T), onion juice (3T), sesame seeds (2T)

Wash the pickled radishes and drain them
STEP 5/7
on a drained radish
STEP 6/7
Add the sauce and mix it
STEP 7/7
Leave it at room temperature for a day and use the kimchi refrigerator
