Prepare chestnuts, jujubes, pine nuts, and raisins in the freezer.

Soak 3 cups of glutinous rice the night before (more than 6 hours)
Drain the water.

I only use the jujube flesh by spinning it.

Boil the jujube seeds in water (3 cups) and prepare them as rice water for medicinal rice.

Jujube seeds, we have 2 1/2 cups of water
Add 1 cup of brown sugar

3 tablespoons of soy sauce

3 tablespoons of sesame oil
Add a little (1/3 teaspoon) of cinnamon powder and dissolve the brown sugar completely.

Put the drained glutinous rice into an electric pressure rice cooker

Put chestnuts, jujubes, raisins on top
Pour in the soy sauce water.

Stir it so that the soy sauce is mixed evenly
Press the Cook button.

Remove the seed eye from the pine nut while the rice is being cooked.

If you put pine nuts in advance, they'll get too soft
Put it in later after the medicine is done.

Put pine nuts on top and mix them well

Cool it in a glass bowl and cut it into bite-size pieces.
