Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Use a toothbrush to clean the body and legs of blue crabs.
STEP 2/10
Remove the shell of the washed blue crab, remove the gills, and cut the body in half with scissors.
STEP 3/10
Wash the prawns cleanly and cut the antennae with scissors to prepare them.
STEP 4/10
Add equal amounts of water (other than the portion) to potato starch. Beat in the eggs and prepare them.

Primataste chili crab sauce is this product^^
STEP 6/10
Grease a pan with grape seed oil and stir-fry crab and shrimp as if frying. If it turns red, put it in another bowl for a while.

Add chili crab sauce to pan where crab and shrimp were stir-fried and bring to a boil slightly.
STEP 8/10
Then add the blue crab and shrimp and mix, add the amount of water, and boil until the blue crab is cooked.
STEP 9/10
When the blue crab and shrimp are cooked, add the starch water and mix it, then add the egg water at the end and finish.
STEP 10/10
Add grape seed oil to the pan and stir-fry garlic to make it smell. Then, add rice and mix it. Add an egg and scramble it. Mix it with rice. Season with salt at the end.
You can mix egg garlic fried rice with chili crab sauce, so make the salt less salty.
